What’s included in the 3-month program?

The program includes a structured workout plan, personalized guidance from me, weekly challenges to keep you motivated, and access to a community of like-minded people.

No, this program is designed for all fitness levels. The workouts are tailored to your current fitness level, so whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll be challenged and supported.

I recommend at least 3-4 workouts per week to see optimal results. Each workout is roughly an hour, but you can adjust based on your schedule and goals.

We’re confident you’ll see results with NoLimits365! However, if you complete the program as recommended and are not satisfied, reach out to me, and we’ll work with you on a solution.

You’ll have access to my online group for support, tips, and updates. I also encourage participants to engage through weekly challenges and check-ins to help you stay accountable.

While most workouts can be done with basic equipment or bodyweight, I may recommend some small, affordable equipment to enhance your results.
